Life Navigators is Celebrating 75 Years as Your Disability Partner

Founded in 1949, we are continuing the mission and vision our founding families developed for community-based services 75 years later.

Our founding families believed in an inclusive community that supports safe, happy and healthy lives for all individuals with disabilities. These families developed the groundwork for community-based services. We carry out this vision through our expanding programs:

Family Support
Information & Education
Trust & Futures Planning
Self-Advocacy & Independence
Children’s Long-Term Support
