Adaptive Wellness with Kayla Tillisch

Join us for this new program! Our friend Kayla Tillisch will lead a program that will help your overall well-being. Some of you may know Kayla from our events with Pink Umbrella Theater Company!

This event will be an introduction to wellness, mindfulness, and basic, adaptive yoga.
