Life Navigators Receives Grant From The Hickory Fund

Life Navigators is happy to announce that we recently received a $10,000 grant from The Hickory Fund! This grant will help support our Trust & Futures Planning Program. Thank you, Hickory Fund, for advocating for kids and adults with disabilities in our community.
