All About Our New Programming: Children’s Long-Term Suppot

In September of 2023, Life Navigators, in partnership with Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services — Children, Youth and Family Services, began delivering the Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver Program (CLTS). Our new team, consisting of our experienced Program Manager and Support and Service Coordinators, will begin delivering in-home and community-based services to children, youth and families found eligible for CLTS Services.
