Getting Ready for the Future – Meet Tahiry & Taraji

Meet Tahiry and Taraji. Before becoming involved with Life Navigators, Tahiry, Taraji, and their mom did not have essential services to allow them to thrive in the community.  Now, Life Navigators supports their family through our Children’s Long-Term Support Program to improve their quality of life and provide a network of support.

Thanks to our donors, we dropped off backpack supplies and emergency gift cards when they were in need.  They are so grateful for this personalized support to ensure they are safe, happy and healthy in our community.
