Life Navigators Receives Grant From The Oconomowoc Area Foundation

Life Navigators is happy to announce that we recently received a $7,500 grant from the Oconomowoc Area Foundation! This grant will help support our Trust Program. Thank you, Oconomowoc Area Foundation, for advocating for kids and adults with disabilities in our community.
