Life Navigators Receives Grant From The Brewers Community Foundation

Life Navigators is happy to announce that we recently received a $5,000 grant from the Brewers Community Foundation! This grant will help support our Self-Advocacy & Independence Program. Thank you, Brewers Community Foundation, for advocating for kids and adults with disabilities in our community.
