Life Navigators Receives Grant From The Green Bay Packers Foundation

Life Navigators is happy to announce that we recently received a $4,000 grant from The Green Bay Packers Foundation! This grant will help support our Aging Family Services. Thank you, Green Bay Packers Foundation, for advocating for kids and adults with disabilities in our community.
